We use the Turbo Test flow bench from Cimat for precise calibration of turbochargers installed in passenger cars, vans, and trucks. This device allows for accurate calibration of both fixed-geometry turbochargers with wastegate valves and variable-geometry models (VNT, VGT) controlled by pneumatic, vacuum, or electric actuators.
A key stage of the regeneration process is balancing the turbocharger core. We use the high-speed TB Sonio balancer from SCHENCK, considered one of the most precise machines in its class. It enables us to achieve the highest regeneration quality in line with OEM standards.
